I grew up with Nintendo consoles and handhelds. I started with a DS Lite and have now experienced the majority of the consoles first-hand. With the release of the Nintendo Switch in 2017, Nintendo started releasing a new line of advertisements called "Nintendo Switch My Way". Nintendo decided to break away from what we saw with the Wii U and created these ads that exuded a much more adult-friendly vibe. So when I was tasked with creating a conceptual stop motion advertisement for a company in one of my classes, I knew I had to choose Nintendo. Going into this project, I wanted to make something unique and fun, while also keeping their branding intact. As such, I used various assets from their other trailers, such as the intro animation, sound effects, music, and the outro.
